We are looking for a Director who has experience and networks in Bristol and the West of England, and who can lead and grow our work in this region, as well as leading and contributing to Good Faith work at a national and international level.
The Director’s main responsibilities will include:
Bristol and West of England
• Directing our Bristol Welcome Hubs project, funded by Bristol City Council to provide support to a network of volunteer-led Welcome Hubs for Ukrainians and other newcomers to the city.
• Supporting the delivery of our Bristol Thriving Communities project, connecting churches and community spaces with key strategic partners to create more integrated and sustainable support for communities across the city.
• Supporting other existing Bristol-based projects such as our Bristol Faith & Family Hubs project, working with Bristol City Council and diverse faith communities across Bristol to map and connect faith-based family support provision with the developing Bristol Family Hubs programme.
• Working directly with a Bristol-based Partner and Associate Director to identify new opportunities for Good Faith in Bristol and the West of England, including strategically developing networks with potential clients, funders and partners.
• Leading and growing the Good Faith team working on projects in Bristol and the West of England, creating a dynamic and diverse community of employees and associates delivering high-impact work. Line managing staff and respond to the needs of the team by delegating work and providing guidance/training where needed
