Warm Welcome Campaign Consultant
We are seeking a consultant to guide us through a review of the Warm Welcome Campaign’s organisational structure and legal status, and to make recommendations. The project’s scope will include:
· Conducting a pros and cons analysis of maintaining the current structure versus creating a separate charity.
· Reviewing the legal, financial, operational, and reputational implications of different structural models.
· Gathering input from key stakeholders
· Considering alignment with the strategic goals of the Good Faith Foundation, Good Faith Partnership, and the broader Warm Welcome network
The Warm Welcome Campaign was launched in autumn 2022 in response to the worst cost-of-living crisis in over 75 years. Since its inception, Warm Welcome has evolved into a dynamic, nationwide movement with more than 5,300 community spaces, reflecting a diverse coalition of partners from the charity, faith, business, public, and philanthropic sectors. Beyond addressing immediate needs, the campaign has emerged as a long-term contributor to reducing social isolation, improving mental wellbeing, and building community resilience.
Currently hosted by the Good Faith Foundation, a registered charity focused on cross-sector collaboration for social inclusion, the campaign was developed by and is facilitated by the Good Faith Partnership LLP. Given the scale, visibility, and evolving scope of Warm Welcome, there is a growing need to assess the campaign’s organisational structure and future trajectory.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of organisational structure, strategy, governance and operating models. If that’s you, we’d love to hear from you.
