Oscar holds a BA (Hons) in Film-making from the Northern Film School in Leeds. With a background in community engagement, project delivery and the creative industries, he has worked across community centres, Warm Spaces and community arts settings, helping to deliver events and projects that bring people together. He is passionate about inclusion and creating welcoming spaces where everyone feels they belong.
