The Youth Endowment Fund

The Youth Endowment Fund (YEF) Team has been working in a fully remote environment since March 2020 and they did not have a physical office space as an option. YEF recognised the benefits of having a physical office space for staff to come together, collaborate, build trust and get out of their home environments but, they just didn’t have the capacity to look and find the ideal office space. 

We started working with YEF in September 2021 and we knew that the ideal office would look very different to what it did pre-pandemic. Through collaborative working and a clear office scope, we were able to find an ideal office space that will be open for all staff at YEF in the early months of 2022. 

But, the physical space is just one element of reaping the benefits of being in an office together. Working with audio-visual experts we are on a mission to make sure that no matter where a YEF team member is in the country, they feel included and a part of the team. We have also supported a workshop on hybrid working best practices and designed an attractive flexible working option for employees.
