BKL, Chartered Accountants and Tax Advisers

We were delighted to work with the leading accountancy firm BKL to audit their CSR approach and support them in developing a new strategy. Through a series of semi-structured interviews, we were able to identify where existing structures and approaches were falling short, but also where the germs of a different way of thinking and acting could emerge with genuine buy-in from staff and other key stakeholders. This led to a reframing of the organisation's values and the design of a new charitable foundation.
