Faith in Prisons

The Faith in Prisons project was delivered by the Good Faith Partnership in collaboration with the Edward Cadbury Centre for the Public Understanding of Religion at the University of Birmingham. The key research question for the project was: What is the impact of faith in the criminal justice system in England and Wales, and how can we shape its future?

See here for the full report and see here for the Executive Summary and Recommendations.

Our objective in this work was that insights and recommendations from this research will equip faith organisations to enhance their work in this field, and lead to changes in government policy in key areas. If you'd like to partner with us in implementing any of the recommendations from the report please don't hesitate to contact us.
